Dear Mahogany Mothers Circle Family,

I’m thrilled to share exciting updates for this month. Our Social Awareness Workshops kick off on January 22nd, a 6-week series in partnership with Beacon House of Hope. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion—a testament to their commitment to growth and community. This series is hosted at the Mahogany House, which we’re working to make a welcoming space for all moms and babies this year.

✨ What We’ll Explore:

  • Self-discovery: Becoming a healthy villager

  • Identifying and understanding personal patterns

  • Finding comfort, confidence, and safety in your journey

📅 Dates: January 22nd, February 4th, 18th, 25th, March 4th, and 18th
⏰ Time: Wednesdays, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM (Dinner provided!)

We’re also hosting two Community Workshops in collaboration with You be You Early Learning on January 14th and January 28th via Zoom. These sessions feature two incredible authors:

Join us for an enlightening session with William Peters as we explore innovative approaches to early learning. This interactive discussion will inspire new perspectives and provide practical tools for fostering growth in our children and communities.

Special Guest: Aziza Eil'Yudah
Dive into creativity and collaboration as Aziza Eil'Yudah shares her journey of co-authoring comic books with her husband. Learn how storytelling and reimagining traditional learning methods can inspire curiosity and empower children to see education in a whole new light.
